Privacy Promise
OCD-Free recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of any information that we may collect from our online visitors. Our primary reason for gathering information is to customize health regimens and to collect important data to help validate diet and supplementation, as well as fine-tune the protocol. This information will also enable us to develop new protocols and fine tune the information collected.
We are committed to using our best efforts to respect the privacy of our online visitors. It is our intent to weigh our legitimate interests in collecting and using information received from and about you with your reasonable expectations of privacy. The following is the way we handle information learned about you from your visit to our Web site.
- Users may access our website even if they choose not to provide us with any personal information. However, said users may not be able to participate in the Clinical Trials.
- We will only collect information that users provide voluntarily. All information that we collect will be held in the strictest of confidence.
- You may ask for a copy of any personal information that we have collected on you by submitting a request via the Contact Us form.

- Users must opt-in to receive our newsletters and announcements.
- Users participating in our surveys, questionnaires, and clinical trials will be given a Case ID and will be identified by that Case ID.
Online Surveys
Our online surveys may ask users for contact information like email address and demographic information like birthdate. The intent of any survey or questionnaire will be included in the request for the user to participate in the survey or questionnaire itself.
Children's Privacy
We especially believe it is important to protect the online privacy of children, and we encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children to participate and monitor their child's Internet activity. All forms, including the daily report form, need to be filled in by the parent. This rule applies even if the parent submitted written consent for the child to submit personal information. We ask children under 18 to participate only with their parent or guardian's supervision.
If your child provided us with personal information, you, as parent or guardian of that child, may contact us to have the child's information deleted from our records.
Data Sharing and Transfer
OCD-Free collects personally identifiable information such as names and e-mail addresses only when voluntarily provided by a Web site visitor. We will inform you on the input form how we intend to use your information.
We will not share, trade or sell your personal information without your written consent. However, aggregated and statistical data from the surveys, questionnaires, and clinical trial forms may be shared. When such situations arise, the participants will be identified by Case ID. Any information that could expose the identify of the participants, such as name and e-mail address, will be excluded.
